It’s almost Concerts in the Park season.
MainStreet of Fremont has announced the announced the details of this year’s Concert in the Park Series which takes place on Thursday nights in June and the Thursday before John C. Fremont Days.
Fremont Parks and Recreation will be hosting kids activities in the park beginning at 6:30 p.m. each week at John C. Fremont Park. The music will follow from 7-9 p.m. There is no cost to attend.
The food vendors will include Sabor Costeño, Nick’s Street Eats and Scouty’s Shaved Ice. Fuze it or Lose it Permanent Jewelry will be at the park on July 10.
The 2025 concert series will open with High Heel. Now in their 19th year, High Heel of Omaha features lead singer and 2017 Hall of Fame inductee Lisa Larsen, recognized for her amazing vocals, high heels and interactive show.
Appealing to all ages, High Heel creates a family-friendly experience, often inviting ladies on stage to join the fun. High Heel plays classic rock, ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s, pop country, disco and a few sweet ballads.
The 2025 Concert in the Park Series also will include: Jacked, June 12; Shifting Gears, June 19; Whiskey River, June 26; and The SilverMoon Band, July 10.
